1. Deposits are required of 25% to be paid once a date is agreed, along with agreement signed and are non-refundable*
2. Total balance to be paid 4 weeks before the wedding.
3. Payment plans can be agreed, this will be confirmed via email so that there is a record of each transaction, preferably this will be paid via Paypal.

1. Dates are held from the moment deposit payment is made, until the day of the wedding.
2. If for some reason you are cancelling the date no refund will be given of deposit, although we can re-arrange a date that is available.
3. If Covid-19 restrictions are implemented on your selected date we will accommodate you in what every way we can, so you can still have your day recorded and in the bank.

1. When agreeing to hire us we will supply a confirmation checklist of what you require on the day and footage agreement that will state usage beyond date and supply of film.
2. Delivery of the production will be supplied within 8-10 weeks but may vary during busy periods. We will give you a latest update after 6 weeks and give you a better time frame.
This does not apply to “Speedy Delivery” or “Just film it”.
3. It is unlikely that we will lose or delete your wedding day film, please feel free to contact after receiving your film at any time to get more copies.
4. If you have agreed to allow us to use you footage we will only ever use it as promotion material, if we believe we are using it outside that scope, we will contact you to check if you are happy for us to use it.

1. All packages can vary, it will be tailored to suit your budget and requirements for your day.
2. All agreements will be either signed digitally, via post or in person. This must be received with deposits. These will kept as record for future reference when coming to delivery.

1. We would be extremely grateful if we could be provided with a meal, it does not have to be at a function table. Please let us know if you are unable to provide before the day.
2. We are unlikely tell you to pose unless that’s the style you want. We will refrain from making you feel awkward in front of the camera. We want to let the day unfold naturally follow a natural progression of the day.
3. We have insurance, for our equipment, public liability and professional indemnity but if your venue requires proof of our insurance, let us know and we will contact them.

1. As much as you want commercial music, we can supply this as the rights would be out of the budget. We will endeavour to find the best royalty free music that will suit your film. If you have suggestions of music please let us know and we will check if it is suitable to be used.
